You don't need to have read the RP to understand the essence of this piece, but it helps to know that Renji was promoted to Captain of 5th, replaced in 6th by Hataki Nobo (a woman), and that Ukitake unintentionally was transformed into a Vaizard. These facts really aren't relevant, but they help. Also, as usual, stinky title, and yes, damn it, that's a word in English too.
