I haven't read any of these yet. But still.

YAY FOR HANDBASKETS!

(Also, just wait until you get to Sylar. He is almost as much of a slut as Peter.)

YAY FOR HANDBASKETS!
They're so useful for carrying things in! Like cheese! And bread! And other yummy things!

(.....oh dear. And you're right; he and Mohinder are slashable. Although Mohinder would have to be clueless about Sylar being interested in him at least for a while. I can definitely see satirical cartoons, though, where Sylar presents him with a severed arm holding flowers and goes LOOK! A LOVE TOKEN! And Mohinder is like, "......." )

Oh heavens, I about peed myself laughing at the image of Sylar so earnestly holding out a severed arm to a severely grossed out Mohinder. Poor Gabriel. He always wants to please!

AHAHA.

I shall snuggle in my handbasket, thank you! :D

EW, DON'T PEE ON YOURSELF.

Yes! Cheese is like the best food ever invented!

(.....THAT IS THE BEST THING I HAVE EVER HEARD. BECAUSE HE SO WOULD. Mohinder would be all "ew! omg! where is that dead person from!" and Sylar would be like "would you rather I had brought some brains? damnit! i knew brains were a better present! i'll be better next time, i promise!" and Mohinder will just put his head in his hands. I LOVE IT. SUCH CRACK. Or, y'know, you go the other way, and Sylar is just freaky posessive and obsessed with Mohinder, and Mohinder finds it charmingly psychpathic and adorable.)

to a severely grossed out Mohinder
I can seriously imagine his expression. Poor Gabriel! He only wants to be special to Mohinder.

THE HANDBASKET IS NICE AND WARM. VERY WARM. REALLY QUITE WARM INDEED, REALLY.

Cheese is like the best food ever invented
Yay! Someone who agrees with me!

(I don't know. I can really see it going either way, frankly. The head-in-hands seems more likely, given that Mohinder is....sane. Mostly sane, anyway. The charming psychopathy thing would mean that Mohinder is also slightly psychopathic, or at least has some form of Stockholm Syndrome, which I do not put past him. Hm....)

He does! I would snuggle him, after he threw the severed arm away, though.

SO WARM, AND FILLED WITH MY CRAZY SELF.

Thanks for finding these fics. I've just started watching "Heroes", so I'm a newbie in this fandom. But I think that Hiro/Ando will become my OTP... :")

so I'm a newbie in this fandom
So am I! My usual thing is just to find the relevant LJ-comms, go to the beginning of the archives, and read fic until I drop out of the fandom or until my browser crashes, whichever happens first (if it's a really good fandom, I'll go back to the archives after my browser crashes, which is when I know it's a fandom that's going to stick).

I heart Hiro/Ando. It's so adorable and crazy and probably-oblivious.

Did you know that there is something called "Hiro's Blog" (maintained by NBC => http://blog.nbc.com/hiro_blog/)? I tried to read it, but the comments freak me out. I don't know which are real ("fan-made") and which ones are other characters' entries, or false comments, written by, I don't know - maybe by someone from NBC, to create an illusion that the blog is a real thing. This is kinda strange... ^^'''

(But I love Hiro/Ano anyway ^^)

Oh, and - will you write something from this fandom?

Date: 2007-05-24 09:28 pm (UTC)
From: [identity profile] valmora.livejournal.com
This is kinda strange.
I generally find "moderated" fandom - not moderated in the sense of having a moderator, but in the sense that the creator of the canon is metaphorically hovering over the fans' shoulders - is less active and less creative and more fake than free-for-all fandoms where the fans aren't afraid to post/speculate/write/distribute.

will you write something from this fandom?
I'm not sure if you're asking after my intentions or if you're making a request, so I'll answer both.
If you're asking after my intentions, the answer is "maybe". I don't foresee anything at the moment, but I can see where I'd have a couple of plotbunnies. I'd like to explore a bit and see if anyone's done what I have in mind. If not, maybe I'll write; if yes, probably not.
If you're making a request, then tell me and I'll see if I can do something. No promises, though. ^_^;;
