Felt the need to rec a couple of fics out there for my slash-loving friends. And for myself, if I ever get the itch again.

Ennis would wake in the light before dawn with a mass of dark mountains looming chilly before him and the earth as snug as a real bed, not wanting to disentangle himself from Jack’s warmth, and it was never just on account of the cold.
The thing I love about it is it's so very, very Proulx, so very in her style for BBM.
