Summary: Aizen misses that feeling.



Sousuke remembers the slow caress of Kisuke's hands on his shoulders and misses how Kisuke made him feel alive, not vitally or heart-poundingly but in that he no longer had a sense of his own role as a pawn in all the machinations of Seireitei.

He can't feel that now, because Kisuke is exiled, but - perhaps if he can take control of Seireitei, of what has made him a pawn, then he might control his own destiny and find that touch again.

that Gin is meant to be construed as a 'bad cowboy,' maybe?
Considering the extremely informal and slang-ish way he speaks as well, I agree. He almost has a southern accent, if you have to give it an English equivilent *finds it sooo funny, too, 'cause she lives in the bible belt south!* and his general easy going-ness and all of that.. Yeah. Definately the bad cowboy type.

I didn't know ANYTHING until I buddied up with kira_douji, who is a goddess of ByaRen fics. She analyzes all of their speech patterns and helped me understand a lot of stuff, Gin included, because she thinks it's funny to listen to him talk and then hear Byakuya talk, who is SO formal it's ridiculous. The only time Renji is polite is around Byakuya, which makes me giggle, as he is otherwise 100% punk. Trying to sound sophisticated for taichou, hee~

I just have to tease him, I swear.

I think the Kuchiki familiy prefers redheads, also. I mean, look at Rukia.. XP

Just out of curiosity, I'm going to try to talk like that today and see what happens. Except it already didn't work, because I used the contraction "I'm" in this entry.
